Delivery and returns

 

Shipping

All orders received before 12pm will be dispatched the same day. If for some reason we cannot fulfil your order we will contact you.

All Orders are Shipped using Royal Mail Services.

Shipping to UK Addresses: First Class Recorded Delivery service is used for all items. A signature will be required on delivery. If Royal Mail is running smoothly you should receive your order in 1–3 days after dispatch.

Shipping to International Addresses: International Signed For is used for packages weighing up to 2kg. Packages above this weight will be shipped using Parcel Force. A signature will be required on delivery. All items will be dispatched by airmail on the first available flight. Delivery prices will depend on package weight and will be calculated at Checkout. Delivery times will vary depending on location.

As methods of shipping require the goods to be signed for on delivery, please make sure there will be somebody available to sign for the goods. We are unfortunately unable to fulfill specific requests regarding delivery and the placing of packages in gardens/sheds etc. All items must be delivered or will be returned to the local post office and a card left.

Returns

We are happy to offer an exchange or refund on unworn goods returned with 14 days of purchase.

We understand that goods bought during December are often given as Christmas presents. Goods bought in December will be eligible for return until 14th January.

If you are outside the UK, we will accept returns within 21 days of purchase.

Faulty goods should be returned for inspection and if found to have a manufacturing defect you will be offered a refund or exchange.

In the event that you need to return an item please follow the steps below:

The item should be posted back to Fineside including the completed returns note provided. Items should be returned in their original packaging, contain original packing slip, and customers are advised to take reasonable care of the goods at all times. We cannot accept responsibility for any returned products whilst they are in the postal system until they are received by Fineside.

Please note: Return postage is at the cost of the customer at this time unless returning an item which Fineside agrees is faulty. In these cases, Fineside will refund postage on receipt of item.
